This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, a big shopping center, and the TV tower which offers excellent views. Visitors can also enjoy the nearby park with its beautiful fountain and vibrant market. the rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff.

Some guests have reported that the hotel is quite basic with few amenities.

I've booked a Luxurious Single Room,I've never seen a luxurious room like this.Its too poor and in the basement.Smells bad and very noisy. No room severice and restant only open in the moring.I Won't come again!

The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. the hotel also offered a shuttle to and from the airport which was helpful. the breakfast had a decent variety of options to choose from.

The room was run down and the bathroom was small. the staff was not very friendly or accommodating to requests.

The room was very modern, clean, quiet.

It is not appropriate, for an hotel of that category, to sell the bathroom kit (with shampoo, conditionner..etc)

Great location in the heart of the city and affordable prices! The room was spacious and offered a small fridge which was a nice extra. The bar and restaurant options around the hotel were quite good and within walking distance.

The hotel's rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations. The cleanliness could be improved and the carpets were stained and dirty.

Nobody speaks English at all! I find it very embarassing that in the capital of Brasil in a hotel like this the recepcionist doesn't speak English. Not even a single word.

Good price and good location.

Corridors are too noisy and Brasilians tend to keep noise. There was also a some sort of a bird nest next to my room wall(?), so that kept surprisingly much noise. Personnel do not speak english and they tend to hassle when trying to ask about anything. But they are kind and at least try to understand or transferred you (your call) to a tourist that can translate english to portuguese.

the building is very ugly (architecture and interior), the corridors seems to be a toilet! Room's acoustics is bad, breakfast is poor, it's not a 4 stars hotel!!
